– Sticky rice flour: 500g
– Ordinary rice flour: 55g
– Brown sugar: 300g
– Scraped copra, salt, roasted sesame seeds.
Mix sticky and ordinary rice flour together with a little warm water and salt in a pot;
Shape the rice paste into dumplings with brown sugar fillings; boil the dumplings in water for cooked (Tip: the cake will float on surface when cooked); then remove them from the pot to a bowl of cool, previously boiled water; then transfer to a plate; scatter sesame seeds and scraped copra on top.
