The gredients required include: dried coconut, glutinous rice, banana, grease dried leaves of banana and some strings. Place glutinous rice at the centre of leaf, spread them along the leaf.
To scrape meat of coconut, wring to take juice (coconut milk) and cook with glutinous rice.
To crush glutinous rice thoroughly, then cook them with coconut milk to make aromatic fat.
To soak green bean until soft, remove covers, wash and drain, then cook. Fried cooked bean with onion, cooking oil or grease, put spice such as salt, pepper, glutamate.
To knead cooked bean (that was prepared above step) into a thick, log-like cylindrical shape for centre of cake.
