How to cook fried sweet sour “Tai Tuong” fish

This fish dish is simple, quick processing, the secret of this dish is in the sauce delicious with 2 taste: spicy, sour, sweet and salty. Below is the simple recipe to make this dish.

1. Ingredients:

– “Tai Tượng” fish: 1

– Wine, scallion, ginger, pepper, oil, salt

– Sugar, vinegar

– Catsup: 5 teaspoons

– Water: 5 teaspoons

– Corn flour, minced garlic, onion, green bell pepper

2. Instructions:

To clean the fish and drain, marinate with wine + scallion + chopped ginger + a dash of salt. Let stand in 20 minutes. Coat the egg all over the fish then coat flour on.

To dilute salt + sugar + vinegar + catsup + 5 spoons of water + a dash of tapioca in a bowl to be ready.

To heat the pan with plenty of oil, when the oil is heated, drop the fish in to fry, the sprinkle oil on the fish continuously until golden, remove it out.

To preheat the pan again, pour 2 spoons of oil in, pour minced garlic in to fry until fragrant, add scallion + bell pepper in to fry then pour the above liquid in, stir well. When the sauce becomes gluey, remove the pan then sprinkle this liquid over the fish.
