You want to change your daily taste, let’s make fried codefish in skewer dish with the recipe below:
- – Mackerel: 400g
- – Half lean and half meat: 150g
- – Cooked bamboo shoot: 100g
- – Bell pepper: 100g
- – Salt, sugar, glutamate, odor wine, ginger, garlic, oil, pepper, soy sauce.
To clean the skin codfish, cut into pieces with 4cmx3cm and 0.5mm thick.
To clean the skin half lean and half meat and cut like codfish.
To cook bamboo shoot many times, drain then cut into pieces like codfish as well as bell pepper.
To chop ginger, mix with 1 teaspoon of smashed garlic + 2 spoons of soy sauce + 1 spoon of oil + 1 spoon of odor wine + ½ teaspoon of salt + ½ teaspoon of pepper + ½ teaspoon of glutamate and sugar. Marinate this mixture with meat and fish, let stand in 1 hour.
To use chopsticks that have 2 sides pointed to skewer the meat and fish as follow: 1 piece of fish + 1 piece of bell pepper + 1 piece of bamboo shoot + 1 piece of meat.
To heat the pan, pour the oil in, when the oil is heated; turn down the fire. Drop the skewers in to fry until golden.
To place the skewers on the big plate, garnish with cucumber and tomatoes. Serve hot with soy sauce + red pepper.
