How to cook braised stuffed cabbage

1. Ingredients:

– Pork (has ground): 1/2 lb

– Salt, pepper: 1/2 tsp for each

– Large onion: 1/2

– Cabbage leaves: 4-5 large leaves

– Scallions: 4

– Sugar

2. Instructions:

Onion is chopped and mix with ground pork, sugar, pepper and salt.  Cut the scallions in half lengthwise. Cabbage leaves are cut in half then remove stems.

Boil a pot of water then add the cabbage and scallions a quick dip, take out and drain. Fill each cabbage leaf with the mixture above, roll and tie with scallion (a fiber). Add the rolled cabbage in the pot then simmer in broth for about ½ hour before have the meal, add salt to taste.
