How to cook soup of shrimp and tofu

It’s not fussy, but the soup will bring a warm meal for your family.

1. Ingredients:

– Shrimp: 200g
– Tofu: 1-2 pieces.
– Tomato: 3 bulbs
– Green onion, coriander.
– Spices: cooking oil, seasoning powder, glutamate

2. Instructions:

– Shrimp: peel, remove head, using knife cut along the back and remove black thread.

– Tomato: wash, cut into small pieces. Washing green onion, coriander and cut them into small sections.

– To fry onion with cooking oil, add tomato and fry until puree.

– To put shrimp, seasoning powder in the pan and keep fry.

– Then, pouring the fried mixture in a pot, add enough water, cook it on the stove.

– When the soup boil, put tofu in the pot and keep cook for 5 minutes more with small flame.

– Before eating, add green onion, coriander and a little of glutamate in soup pot. Enjoy with rice.
