Shrimp dish is easy to prepare and delicious, with fried shrimp with garlic you only spend 15 minutes to the had fragrant main dish for your family meals.
1. Ingredients:
– Spring onion: 2 stalks
– White wine
– Garlic: 5 cloves
– Ginger: 1 small bulb
– Shrimps: 400g
– Cooking Oil
– Salt, Chilies, Pepper
2. Instructions:
– Cleaned shrimp in a bowl to marinate with 2 tablespoons of wine, sliced ginger and ½ teaspoon of salt. Just sprinkle a little salt or flour for shrimp meat is inherently dark. For 10 minutes to infuse.
– Peeled garlic and minced.
