1. Ingredients:
– Potato: 3-4 bulbs
– Onion: 1 mall bulb
– Ham: 150g
– Green peas (canned): a half of can or more if you want
This dish is so suitable for breakfast. With the buttery taste of potato fried with ham, serve with green peas will bring new flavor for familiar potato dish.
2. Instruction:
– Potatoes: To remove skin, washing, cut them into suitable pieces, wash again, drain.
– To boil water with a little of salt in a pot, when water boil, put potato in and continue boil for 5-7 minutes (depending on thickness of pieces), pick them out and drain.
– To cut up ham into tiny cubes. Cutting up onion into small pieces. Removing water from can of green peas.
– To hot 2 spoons of cooking oil in a pan, add onion and fry until it’s smell, put ham, add spices and continue to fry for 3-4 minutes, when gold onion catch with potato, let’s turn off stove.
– To ladle out dish and serve with green peas.
