Sweet and sour squid is a tasty dish served with rice. What could be more interesting after a tiring day at work, the whole family to gather together and enjoy the same delicious food. Let’s try make this dish with the squid recipe below:
1. Ingredients:
– Fresh squid: 500g
– Thread ginger: ½ spoon
– Threads of red pepper: ½ spoon
– Minced garlic: ½ spoon
– Soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil.
2. Instructions:
To clean the squid, slice cross lines on then cut into bite sized pieces.
To make the sauce: preheat the pan, scoop 3 spoons of oil in, pour minced garlic in to fry until fragrant then add 2 spoons of soy sauce + 1 spoon of vinegar + 1 teaspoon of sugar + 1 spoon of sesame oil in, mix well.
To boil a pot of water, dip the squid till rolled up, drain and dish up. Pour the cooking sauce on. This dish served hot.
