1. Ingredients:
– Sticky rice: 300g
– Green bean: 150g
– Liquid lard: 250g
– Water, salt
2. Instructions:
Soak washed sticky rice in water for 8 hours, then wash under running cold water and strain off.
Soak green beans in water and remove the husk then steam.
Sprinkle rice with salt and toss lightly and add steamed green beans and shake, put the mixture into a preheat steamer and steam; sprinkle with liquid lard and remove from steamer. Use a fan to make it cool quickly and rub gently so separate steamed sticky rice from stickign to each other.
Sift steamed sticky rice then put uncooked rice and bean curdles in steamer and steam again. Steamed sticky rice is lemon yellow and soft; smell the scent of green beans.
