1. Ingredients:
– Fillet of salmon: 150 gram
– Soy sauce: 3 spoons
– Honey: 2 spoons
– Olive oil: 2 spoons
– Rice &chicken juice
– Vegetable (depend on your taste)
– Rice wine or white wine: 3 spoons
2. Instructions:
– To hot span, put olive oil into that pan. When the oil is hot, add salmon, set up at medium heat, frying each face for 2-3 minutes.
– To mix sauce including: soy sauce, honey, wine, sesame oil and 1or 2 spoons of water. Stirring well and seasoning again until to taste.
You could buy Teriyaki sauce that is available at market or make by yourseft with mirin wine, sake and soy sauce.
– To sprinkle the sauce on salmon. Set up with a small flame and cook until sauce shallow and be absorbed well on fish (in the process of cooking, sometime turning the fish).
– To cook rice with chicken juice with a little of spices. To boil vegetable.
– To pick up cooked fish on a dish, springkling remaince sauce on the surface of the fish. Serving with boiled vegetable and rice.
