Crisp green papaya, crunchy pig ears, mixed with spicy peppers, sweet-smelling of laksa leaves, enjoy a delicious dish.
1. Ingredients:
– Green papaya: 1/2
– Pigs ears: 1 – 2
– Fish sauce, salt, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and garlic
– Laksa leaves, paprika, peppers.
2. Instructions:
– Scrape papaya into thin fibers.
– Soak papaya in a bowl of cold water, you can add some cold stones to make crunchy papaya in the long time.
– Pig ears cleaned with diluted salt water, boiled for delicious, when boiling add a teaspoon of vinegar. Do not boil long, the crispy pig ear will be lost.
– Pick up pig ears, sliced to taste.
– Chopped laksa leaves
– Pick up papaya out of the bowl.
