How to make salad of water morning-glory and sour starfruit

1. Ingredients:

– Water morning-glory: 200g

– Beansprout: 100g

– Skin of pork (boild): 100g

– Shelled shrimp: 100g

– Sour starfuit: 1

– Liquid lard: 1-2 spoons

– Roasted sesame seeds: 50g

– Shrimp sauce (shrimp paste): 1 spoon

– Lemon, Chili, bunch of majoram, seasoning, salt, garlic

2. Instructions:

Clean and wash water morning-glory, cut into pieces, scald and spread to cool; wash beansprouts and drain.

Slice skin of pork into long strips. Wash shelled shrimp carefully to get rid of any sand and dust; roast, adding seasoning.

Mince peeled garlic; fry in a boiling fat; remove starfruit edge and wash; mix shrimp paste with lemon juice, chili; grin roasted sesame seeds and winnow to remove the husk; wash marjoram and soak in slightly saline water, then drain.

Combine water morning-glory, beansprouts, skin of pork, shrimp, starfruit juice in a large bowl; add slices of the squeezed starfruit, shrimp sauce, fried garlic and blend well; sprinkle with sesame seeds and blend well; transfer to a plate, garnish with marjoram.
