How to cook swamp eel soup

Eels can be used as raw material of food is preferred, such as eel soup , vermicelli eel, eel hot pot, braised eel with banana… In particular, item eel soup extremely nutritious and is used more as an appetizer. Cooking swamp eel soup is also very simple. 

1. Ingredients:

– Pork bones: 300g

– Flavor mushroom: 20g

– Ear mushrooms: 10g

– Tapioca starch: 1tsp 

– Fresh ginger: 10g

– Seasoning, salt, pepper , laksa Leaves.

2. Instructions:

Wash the eels and cooked with ginger, removed, stripped of skin, cut into small pieces.

Soak mushrooms and ear mushrooms for soft, finely julienne.

Simmer bone for making broth, add seasoning spices to taste.

Add mushrooms, ear mushrooms, eel meat into the pot of broth, stir lightly.

Finally add a little topioca starch into the soup diluted to make the condensation.
