1. Ingredients:
– Spiced pressed beancurd: 10 pieces
– Sesame oil
– Sugar: 2 table spoons
– Light soy, dark soy: 1 1/2 table spoon for each
– Salt: 1/3 table spoon
– Clove
– Aniseed star: 2
– Cinnamon bark: 1 slice
– Pepper: 1 teaspoon
– Water: 1 cup
2. Instructions:
To cut pieces to taste, then drain for about 1,5-2 hours. Parboil beancurd in boiling water, and drain. Then fry in hot oil until both of sides firm and drain. Boiling seasoning and add the beancurd in, uncover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat but still soak for about 15 minutes. Finally, sprinkle sesame oil on surface. This dish served cool.
