How to cook fry gluten balls in tomato sauce

1. Ingredients:

– Fried gluten balls: 300 g

– Sesame oil: 1 tbsp

– Water: 1 cup

– Tomato ketchup: 3 tbsp

– Sugar: 3.5 tbsp

–  White vinegar: 2 tbsp

– Salt: ¼ tsp

– Malt sugar: 1 tbsp

– Flavor essence: ½ tsp

– For making sauce:

+ Cornflour: 2 tsp

+ Water: 2 tbsp

2. Instructions:

– Deep-fry gluten balls in hot oil until harden. Drain.

– Boil seasoning with 2 tbsp oil over low heat until malt sugar is dissolved. Add in prepared gluten balls and cook until liquid is nearly dry. Pour in sauce, then add in sesame oil. Mix well and dish up. Cutting into small pieces with kitchen shear, serve hot or cold.
