1. Ingredients:
– Red tilapia fish: 1 (about 500g)
– Fresh ginger: 1
– Soya bean jam
– Minced purple onion, spring onion and chili, cleaned and sliced small.
– 5 jelly’s ear mushrooms, soaked and sliced small.
– Cassava vermicelli, soaked and cut into short pieces.
– Vegetable oil, salt, sugar, pepper.
2. Instructions:
Wash fish with water added a little salt in 3 times. Use rice wine to reduce smell by soaking.
Slice gently some lines on body’s fish. Marinate with a little salt, minced purple onion and white part of spring onion, vegetable oil for about 30 minutes.
Put fish on plate, sprinkle sliced ginger, soya bean jam, cassava vermicelli, sliced jelly’s ear mushroom, pepper, chili, spring onion on face. This is the important step to make the specific flavor.
Steam in 30 – 45 minutes.
Here are some choice for serve with this dish: sour sauce and chili sauce; vermicelli, rice paper and vegetables like spring rolls.
