How to make Apricot juice (method 2)

Here is the another method to make Apricot juice (see the Method 1 and Method 3):

1. Ingredients:

– Yellow apricots: 1000g
– Alum: 20g
– Sugar: 1000g
– Salt: 150g

2. Instructions:

To choose yellow apricots, wash, wash again by water that is mixed with alum, remove them out, drain.
Put apricots into a glazer terra-cotta jar, just put a layer of apricots, sprinkle a layer of salt and just do that until the end of apricot and salt, the top layer of salt should be thicker. To closed, could enjoy it after 2 month of storage.
Way of mixing apricot juice: 1000g sugar is dissolved in 5-6 litres boiled water, cooled.

When mixing, put 3-4 apricots and 5ml juice into a cup and filling with 200ml sugar water. You could place it in refrigerator or add some ice to enjoy it.
