Following this recipe to make Apricot juice by yourself:
1. Ingredients (For 30 cups of 250cc):
– Apricot: 1000g
– Sugar: 1000g
– Pure water.
2. Instructions:
To choose yellow apricots, wash, put them into a clean aluminum pot, filling with water, boil for about 30 minutes until apricots are tender, remove them out, drain. Put cooked apricots into pot scroll, grind meat of apricots to dust and filter them with a fine sieve (0.1mm) to take flour.
Way of mixing apricot juice: 4 litres water and 0.6kg sugar are boiled, cooled. Put about about flour into cooled sugar water, place it in refrigerator or add some ice to enjoy it.
