The following recipe guides you how to cook Vietnamese roasted oyster with mushroom.
- 200gr of oyster mushrooms
- 2 spoons of chili sauce
- 1 spoon of smashed soybean sauce
- 2 spoons of chopped citronella
- Sugar, glutamate, salt, oil and garlic cloves
Choose fresh mushrooms, cut the root the soak in salted water around 10 minutes, rinse many times through water, wipe well.
Dissolve chili sauce + smashed citronella + 1 teaspoon of smashed garlic cloves + 1 teaspoon of sugar + ½ teaspoon of glutamate + 1 spoon of oil + a dash of salt, mix well then marinates this liquid with mushrooms. Let stand around 30 minutes before broil.
