1. Ingredients:
– Prawns: 200g
– Minced garlic: 2 teaspoons
– Chopped scallion: 2g
– Soy sauce, wine, sugar, salt, pepper
2. Instructions:
Clean the prawns, cut a light line on the back, take the black thread off, drain up.
Heat the pan, pour 2 spoons of oil in, when the oil is heated; add in 2 spoons of minced garlic into fry briefly. Then pour soy sauce + wine + sugar + salt + pepper in. Pour this liquid on the prawn, steam for 4 minutes, sprinkle scallion on.
Heat the pan again, add 1 spoon of oil in, fry the left of scallion then pours on the pawn. Serve hot.
