How to make fermented fish dipping sauce

1. Ingredients:

– Fermented fish sauce: ½ cup 
– Ripe pineapple: 100g
– Lemon juice: 3 spoons 
– Sugar: 2 spoons 
– Chopped garlic gloves: 1 teaspoon
– Chopped red pepper: 1 teaspoon 
– Minced lemon grass: 1 teaspoon

2. Instructions:

Sieve the fermented fish sauce. Wipe the ripe pineapple to get its juice, chop it pulp.

Fry minced lemon grass with a bit of oil, when it yellows and fragrant, pour ½ cup of water, pineapple juice, sugar. Cook for a while to make the sugar dissolved. Keep cold then sieve it to the fermented fish sauce. Drop the pineapple pulp, red pepper, garlic gloves, lemon juice in, stir well and taste to your taste.
