Follow the dipping sauce recipe below to cook peanut dipping sauce for cool spring rolls dish:
1. Ingredients:
- Sweet soya sauce: 100g
 - Shallot (has peeled and minced): 1 clover
 - Garlic (peeled and minced): 1 clover
 - Sugar: 15g
 - Broth from Shrimp or meat: 150ml
 - Roasted peanuts (gound): 50g
 - Liquid fat, seasoning
 
2. Instructions:
Heat the fat in a pan, fry the shallot untill fragrant then add the soya sauce and stir-fry. Pour in broth and bring to boil until soya sauce thickens then add seasoning and remove from heat. Divide into samll bowls; sprinkle with ground roasted peanuts then add chili to taste.
