Grilled pork roll is found in anywhere in Vietnam, but each region has own it’s flavor that nuances associated with human and culture of region. There is a specialty pork roll nearby Cai Rang canal bank, it has created by a women name Tu Khem more than half a century ago. Cai Rang pork roll become known ever since that time.
