How to cook Grilled fishes in banana leaf

With banana leaf wrapping outside, it’s increase smell, taste of fishes when grilling.

1. Ingredients:

– Anchovy or snakehead fish: 1 large fish or 2-3 small fishes
– Spices for marinating fishes: dried onion, salt, seasoning powder, sesame oil, cooking oil, turmeric, green onion.
– Seasoning sauce: 2 slices of pineapple, 1 small bowl of sauce, sugar, garlic, fresh chilli, lemon
– Green banana, starfruit, pineapple, Vietnamese mint.

2. Instructions:

– To wash fish, remove fish scales, cut a few small lines on fish body. If charcoal is not available, you could use oven, set up temp at 1800C from 40-45 minutes.
– To cut green onion into small pieces, add cooking oil, place it in microwave oven for 30 seconds to onion cooked. Spreading well mixture of cooking oil and roasted peanuts on the surface of fishes.
– After finish grilling, spread mixture of green onion, peanuts more. Serve with seasoning sauce, starfruit, rice vermicelli and rolling by rice sheet.
