1. Ingredients:
- – ½ small chicken or 2-3 thighs
- – A bunch of basil
- – A teaspoon of chopped lemongrass
- – A teaspoon of chilli starch
- – Dried onion, garlic, some of small candy
- – Salt, sauce, pepper
2. Instructions:
