1. Ingredients: (serve for 6 served people)
– Field crab: 500g
– Cartilage rib: 500g
– Vinegar: 1 small bowl
– Tomato, green onion, bulb onion, dill, lettuce.
– Grilled fishes
– Rice vermicelli
– Tofu
– Beef: 300g
– Spices
2. Instructions:
– To cut tofu into small pieces, fried.
– Well-grind the bodies of crab, separate the crab – roe and keep it in a bowl, extract the juice and through away the waste. Add a little of salt in crab juice, cook it on the stove until crab meat floats, take out of pot.
– To hot cooking oil in a pan, fry dried onion. Pouring crab – roe in the pan and cook for 1 minute, pan out.

– To wash fresh vegetable, serve with hot pot. You could add more banana’s flower.
– To place pot of crab juice on the electrical stove, add vinegar, spice to taste. Boil crab juice, add crab-roe, ribs, grilled fishes, fried-tofu. Serve with rice vermicelli.
