1. Ingredients:
– Field crab (young age, small, the number of optional)
– Cooking oil, spices, green onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, soya-sauce
2. Instructions:
– You should soak crab in water before, flooded by water, wash several times to remove the mud. It’s the best to soak overnight or about half a day.
– Dried garlic: remove skin, crushed. Cut ginger into thin slices. Crushing white parts of green onion, cut green part into small sections. Cutting chilli into two parts.
– To put crab in a pot, pour the water to flood, placing on the stove with small flame, constantly cook until he do not wiggle, take out of pot and drain.
– To place pan on the stove, put cooking oil, add garlic, ginger, white parts of onion, chilli.
– Then, pouring slowly crab in the pot, stir quickly. Add spices, soya-sauce, 2 teaspoons of wine, a little of sugar.
– Wait until water nearly dry, dust with green onion, stir quickly again and turn off stove.
