1. Ingredients:
– Sea crab: 1.2kg
– Onion: 1 bulb
– Ripe tamarind: ½ of cup
– Garlic: remove skin, finely chopped
– Chilli: some of slices
– Sugar: 2 teaspoons
– Seasoning powder: 3 tablespoons
– Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons
2. Instructions:
– To wash crabs under running water, and brush it with a toothbrush to remove dirt, brush shell, leg. Separate shell crab with his body, cut the crab into 4 pieces.
– To use back of knife to broke palms, so it could absorb easily.
– To soak tamarind in hot water, well-squeezed, extract tamarind juice through sieve (about a cup of juice). Then, add sugar, seasoning powder in tamarind juice, well-stirred.
– To put cooking oil in a pan, fried garlic, add crab and continue to fry. When crab turns red color, add tamarind juice, turn down the heat, stir slightly until tamarind juice is so thick.
– Add onion, chilli, well-stirred. Turn off stove, pour crab on a dish, decorate with shell.
This dish serve hot.
