1. Ingredients:
– Green sticky rice (or dried green sticky rice): 350g
– Tapioca flour: 120g
– Sugar: 1kg
– Grated coconut: 150g
– Vanilla extract (or pomelo flower extract): 3-5ml
2. Instructions:
Dissolve sugar in 2 liters of cold water then boil and purify. Dissolve tapioca lour in cold water and decant into the pot of syrup and stir.
Remove any rice husk, rub to separate green rice fron sticking to each other. When the syrup comes to the boil, sprinkle with green rice and stir.
