How to cook sweet soup of lotus and wood ear mushroom

Follow the sweet soup recipe below to cook sweet soup of lotus and wood ear mushroom:

1. Ingredients:

–  White wood ear mushroom: 100g

– Lotus seeds: 200g

– Sugar: 200g

– Longan pulp, red jujube, water (10 cups)

2. Instructions:

Lotus seeds and wood ear mushroom has been washed and soaked in water in 1 hour for soft.  Cut white wood ear mushroom to threads.

Add a mixture included: 10 cups of water, red jujube, lotus seeds into a pot then cook with medium heat in 30 minutes. Finally, add white wood ear mushroom, longan pulm and sugar in, cook until softened. This dish served hot or cold (depend on you).
