How to cook fried stomach with five tastes

1. Ingredients:

– Stomach: 02
– Molasses: ½ small cup.
– Dried onion: 2 bulbs
– Ginger: a small branch
– Star aniseed: 2 petals
– Cinnamon twig: 1 piece
– Cardamom: 2 bulbs
– Soup base: 2 teaspoons
– Tapioca starch

2. Instructions:

– To grill dried onion, ginger, star aniseed, cinnamon twig, cardamom until smell, remove black part outside

– To turn out the inside of stomach, wash them by hot water and squeeze carefully with salt and lemon (or vinegar) to remove viscous and odor. Put cleaned stomach in a pot and cook them for 30 minutes with molasses, soup base and spices that was prepared at step 1.

– To fish stomach out of pot and drain, using scissor to cut along wall of stomach and divide them into two halves. Then, rolling these two halves of stomach through a layer of tapioca starch, let’s rest for 5 minutes.

– To fry stomach in a pan until golden two sides.
