How to cook fish (anabas) soup with mustard greens

1. Ingredients:

– Fish (anabas): 300g

– Fresh ginger: 15g

– Seasoning, fish sauce, water

2. Instructions:

Wash mustard greens then finely chop. Peel and wash ginger then pound. Scale and clean fish, remove fin and gills then wash and sprinkle with some salt.

Add 1,5 liters cold water into a pot then boil. Add fish then cook until done. Pick up the fish from pot, remove bone and mix fish flesh with fish sauce and set aside to marinate. Grind fish bone and put into fish stock and strain then bring the stock to the boil, season to taste before adding mustard greens. When the vegetables are nearly cooked, add the fish flesh. When the vegetables are cooked, remove the pot from heat then add ginger. 

This dish served hot.
