How to cook braised pork with coconut milk

1. Ingredients:

– Pork meat: 0.5kg

Fish sauce: 50ml

– Coconut milk: 350ml

– Sugar: 1tsp

– Garlic: 3-5 cloves

Cook braised pork with coconut milk

2. Instructions:

Wash and blanch pork meat then cut into 5cm cubes.

Pour the coconut milk and a half of bowl of water into a pot; add sugar and slightly-crushed garlic. Put the pot on the heat and add the cubes of meat then cook over high heat until the scum rises; skim it off and turn down the heat and cook until the pork meat is tender then season to taste.

This dish served with pickled beansprounts, pickled mustard greens. It can also be cooked with snake-head mullet or eggs.
