How to cook Sauteed Shrimp with Hot Sauce

1. Ingredients:

– Peeled raw shrimp: 1 lb
– Chopped green onion: 2 tablespoons
– Chopped ginger: 1 tablespoon
– Egg white: 1
– Wine: 1 teaspoon
– Salt: 1 teaspoon
– Cornstarch: 1 1/2 tablespoons
– Oil: 4 tablespoons
– Tomato ketchup: 2 tablespoons
– Hot pepper paste: 1 tablespoon
– Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
– Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
– Soup stock: 3 tablespoons
– Cornstarch: 2 teaspoons
– Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon

2. Instructions:

Shrimps are cleaned and dried, marinate shrimps in wine,  salt, egg white and cornstarch mixture. Let alone for at least half hour 

Deep fry shrimp in oil (about 300 degree Celsius). When the shrimps turn white, about 90% done, remove and drain off oil from pan.

Add 2 tbs oil in the pan, and sauteed the chopped green onion and ginger, and add tomato ketchup, hot pepper paste then you must stir quickly.

Put salt, sugar and soup stock. Boil for only a few seconds then add cornstarch paste, stir thoroughly then sprinkle sesame oil.

Ladle dish out  on a plate then enjoy!
