1. Ingredients:
– Fresh tiger shrimps (about 8 to 10), head trimmed, sliced open and deveined: 700g
– Salt and white pepper: 1 pinch
– Coriander leaves, to garnish: 2-3 sprigs
2. Instructions:

Rub the pepper and salt onto the shrimps. To grill on a charcoal or pan grill with medium heat until pink on both sides of shrimps, 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter.
To add the Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce over the grilled shrimps. Decorate with coriander leaves.
This dish serve hot.
