1. Ingredients:
– Pullet: 1.2kg
– Skin of pig: 150 g.
– Dried onion, spice, peppercorn.
– Cooking oil, mushroom, carrot.
2. Instructions:
– To clean chicken, remove it’s innards, reclean it thoroughly, drain off, cut it into suitable pieces. Marinating with spices for about 15 minutes/
– To hot cooking oil in a pot, put chicken meat into the pot to fry summarily, then put hot water, simmer.
– To shave fur on pig skin, cut it into large pieces, then stew it with chicken meat. When pig skin and chicken meat is cooked softly, take out pig skin and bone of chicken.
– To chose 2-3 good mushrooms, soap them in to water to bloom, clean them. To whittle carrot skin, trim and slice. To arrange mushroom and carrots into the bottom of bowl, next put chicken meat in the bowl, put water of stewed chicken over chicken meat.
– To cool, take chicken bowl in refrigerator.
When enjoy, turn over freeze chicken bowl on the plate, cut it into suitable pieces.
