Follow the dipping sauce recipe below to make salted peach dipping sauce:
1. Ingredients:
– Salted pulp: 2 spoons
– Salted peach juice: 100g
– Sugar: 200g
– Water: 150ml
– Ginger, chopped garlic, red pepper: 1
2. Instructions:
Put sugar, salted peach juice and water into a pot then cook with low fire to make this mixture becomes gluey, skim regulaly to make the sauce pure.
To cut ginger into thread then mince, drop in a sieve then pour boiling water in to make the ginger cooked and drifted the ginger powder. You have to do like that cause it makes the sauce not to be opaque because of the ginger powder.
When the liquid mixture above becomes gluey; add ginger, peach pulp, garlic and red pepper; after that mix well and cook for awhile then remove the pot from heat. Pour the salted peach dipping sauce in a glass jar for using in long time.
