Travelers will get free-of-charge tourism maps when joining big cultural events in Central Highlands Da Lat city scheduled for this year’s end.
The officers of the 2013 Lam Dong Culture-Festival Week have said the province and Da Lat City relevant agencies are collecting data for the map to be available at the set time.
It will provide detailed and exact information on the city’s tourism infrastructure, typical local tourism products, tour routes and certified accommodations and restaurants.
Accordingscheduled, the new map will be published before the culture week and delivered freely to tourists and travel businesses in and out of the locality to serve tourists’ demand for information.
The city will host the culture-festival week with four big events such as: the fifth Da Lat flower festival, the first Viet Nam – ASEAN UNESCO heritage festival, Da Lat city’s 120th anniversary and the announcement of the 2014 National Central Highlands – Da Lat Tourism Year.
With this event the officers are expected to draw the participation of ASEAN member states, the bloc’s partners (India, China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea), as well as UNESCO-recognized heritage localities.
