Drifting on Tuyen Lam Lake in Lam Dong province

Lam Dong Province is not only famous for its temperate weather or green large pine forests but also for one special beautiful lake that lies between deep valleys.

Tuyen Lam is a large lake lying about 5 kilometers from the center of Dalat City in the Central Highlands, which is formed by Suoi Tia stream and Da Tam stream. From above, tourists can view the surface like a mirror as it reflects the sun and green valley above it.

Tourist activities in the area include picnics, boat riding to look at the surrounding area of pine forests, colonial-style villas under the cover of the forest, on the slope or just the colorful flowers on the banks of lake.

If you feel tired of boat riding, tourists can stop by Suoi Tia camping area where they can light up a small fire and enjoy a barbecue. Tourists need to be prepared, though, and bring their own food as there is no food stand available nearby.
