1. Ingredients:
– Bean sprouts: 1kg
– Sugar: 4 tablespoons
– Salt: 2 tablespoons
– Pepper: 1
– Water
2. Instructions:
Bean sprouts have well washed and drain. Mix a liter of water, sugar and salt. Boil, remove foam and leave to the tool.
Combine chives and jalapeno pepper pieces with bean sprouts and put them in a glass pot. Add water mixed with sugar and salt. Notice that the bean sprouts must be drowned in water, by putting a dish and a stone on them. Tightly cover the pot.
Pickled bean sprouts can be used after a day. People usually serve this dish with braised pork with eggs and coconut juice.
