How to cook steamed chicken with ginger

In this article I show you the recipe for cook delicious dish as: steamed chicken with ginger!

1. Ingredients:

– Young chicken: 1 kg

– Ginger: 20g

– Red peppers: 2

– Shallots: 3

– Oyster sauce, salt, sugar, glutamate, soy sauce, tapioca, odor wine, pepper and oil

2. Instructions:

– To clean the chicken, drain, use a sharp knife to prick the meat at the thick parts as thigh, breast.

– To smash ½ ginger, mix with 2 teaspoons of odor wine + 1 teaspoon of salt + ½ teaspoon of glutamate, coat in and out of the chicken, let stand 1 hour for the spices to marinate then steam it.

– To pit the seeds of red pepper, slice into threads the soak in water.

– To cut shallot in pieces of 10cm length, slice into threads like red pepper and soak in water.

– To steam the chicken around 30 minutes.

– To cut the remained ginger into threads.

– To make the sauce:

Dissolve 2 spoons of oyster sacue + 3 spoons of soy sauce + 1 spoon of sugar + ½ teaspoon of glutamate + ½ teaspoon of pepper + a dash of salt + 2 spoons of broth or water + 2 teaspoon of tapioca. Stir well. Heat the pan, pour in 1 spoon of oil. When the oil is heated, pour the ginger in to fry then add this liquid in. Taste the sauce to your taste. When the liquid becomes thick, lift the pan down.

– To cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, place in a big plate in the chicken form, then put ½ shallot over the chicken, sprinkle the sauce on, Garnish with the left scallion and red pepper. Serve hot. Use with the above sauce or soy sauce with sliced red pepper.
